All events taking place across the Programme are by invitation or via registration of interest only. You can register for individual sessions by following the links below.
Please note that you will need to register for each event individually. Session Hosts will then confirm your attendance in due course.
Once accepted, you will receive your Summit Pass and confirmation for each session you have registered for.
Once you have registered for a session within the programme, it will be reviewed by the Session Hosts. If your registration is approved, you will receive confirmation of your attendance at this individual session. You will then automatically be approved for a Summit Pass.
Your Summit Pass will be issued as a single digital QR code (which will also be printed on your physical Summit Badge), which will give you access to the venue and to all individual sessions you have successfully registered for.
Your Summit Pass will give you access to The Royal Society and the networking and refreshment spaces available throughout “UK Science and Innovation House”.
Your Summit Pass will be eligible for the relevant morning/ afternoon/ full day of the Summit, depending on the timing(s) of the individual session(s) you have successfully registered to attend.

All registrations are reviewed by our Session Hosts and are approved at their discretion. If you have registered for a session, you will receive an update on the status of your registration shortly.

When checking in at The Royal Society, please make sure to have your Summt Pass QR code to hand on arrival. You will receive this QR code in advance of the summit from noreply@noodlelive.com.

The venue is located within the congestion charge zone. On-street parking on Carlton House Terrace and Waterloo Place is available for up to four hours, priced at £11.38 per 2 hours. The Cavendish Carpark is also close by.
Chartered coaches are able to drop off and pick up in front of the building but are unable to park. There are several coach parks nearby.
Subject to availability, there are a limited number of parking spaces immediately outside the front door which can be booked in advance for Blue Badge holders. Please contact the reception team if you would like to reserve one of these spaces.
There are cycle racks along Carlton House Terrace on either side of the Duke of York monument. Electric bikes and e-scooters are not permitted inside the building.
Yes. The venue is accessible, with step-free and assisted access throughout.
The main entrance has five steps with a handrail, and an external platform lift is available (operated by reception staff via call button support).
Lifts provide access to the basement and first floor. Accessible toilet facilities are available on the ground and basement levels. Changing tables are provided in all toilet facilities in the basement, which can be reached by lift or stairs from the reception area. There is also a baby changing facility within the accessible toilet behind reception on the ground floor.
Induction and infrared hearing loops are available in selected rooms (please see below), and a quiet/prayer/family room is located on the ground floor next to the Marble Hall.
Please note that some areas may have low lighting or carpeted flooring.
If you require wheelchair spaces or accessible seating, please contact the reception team in advance and arrive at least 45 minutes before your session.
Yes. The venue has hearing loop facilities available. If you require a hearing device, please let us know when you register for any events on Luma.
Please note that not all rooms in The Royal Society are compatible with hearing loops. Further room-specific information is available here.

Catering for delegates will be arranged by the Summit team and served in the Henham Strategy Catalyst Green Room on the Ground Floor. When registering, please state your dietary requirements. Please note we have restricted zones that catering must be contained to.
There is limited luggage storage available at the venue. Please keep your belongings with you as you move throughout the programme and venue.
In the event of the fire alarm sounding (a continuous alarm) please vacate the building via the marked nearest fire exit sign (please note that this may be behind you). There are no fire alarm tests scheduled during the event, if the fire alarm sounds please follow below instructions.
Please assemble at the emergency point (top of the Duke of York steps to the right of the Royal Society). The nominated Fire Warden for your event must lead their group to the assembly point and report to one of the fire wardens or the roll-call officer.
No. Smoking is not permitted in any of the Royal Society (including terrace, forecourt or balconies).
